🚀 Alpha Bot Update — Application Reviews The application system just got a major upgrade! • Review submitted applications directly from the dashboard • Accept, deny, or request interviews from Discord OR the dashboard • Large applications are automatically redirected to dashboard review • Discord and dashboard decisions stay fully synchronized • Full application history remains stored for staff review A much cleaner and more reliable application workflow is now live. ✅
🚀 Alpha Bot Update — Advanced Application Review System
We’ve upgraded Alpha Bot’s application system with a complete dashboard-based review experience while keeping the existing Discord workflow intact.
📝 Dashboard Application Reviews
Staff can now review all submitted applications directly from the Alpha Bot dashboard under Applications → Application Review.
You can view:
• Applicant information
• Application type
• Every question and answer
• Current application status
• Reviewer information
• Denial reasons
• Interview status and details
✅ Review From Discord OR Dashboard
Applications can now be managed from either location.
Staff can:
• Accept applications
• Deny applications with a reason
• Request an interview
Both Discord and the dashboard use the same application record, meaning decisions remain synchronized no matter where the application is reviewed.
📦 Large Application Protection
Applications that safely fit within Discord will continue posting as full review embeds with the normal review buttons.
If an application is too large for Discord, Alpha Bot will automatically:
• Save the complete application
• Add it to the dashboard review system
• Send a smaller Discord notification
• Tell staff the full application must be reviewed through the dashboard
No answers are cut off or lost.
💾 Permanent Application Storage
Completed applications are stored in Alpha Bot’s existing application database, allowing staff to review both current and previous applications instead of relying entirely on Discord messages.
This update makes applications more reliable, easier to manage, and much safer for communities using longer or more detailed application forms. 🚀
