Bug Fix – Ticket Auto-Close We fixed an issue where tickets could still auto-close even after the ticket creator or staff sent a message. Ticket activity is now recorded immediately when a message is sent, before any other bot systems run. The auto-close system also checks the latest activity directly from the database before closing a ticket. This should prevent active tickets from being closed incorrectly.

Application System Update We've added Application Role Requirements to the Alpha Bot Application System. You can now configure which roles are required before a member can submit a specific application, along with optional blocked roles to prevent certain members from applying. This makes it easy to restrict applications to eligible members while keeping the application process fully automated.

Application System Update We’ve improved the application review process by adding custom denial reasons. Staff members are now required to provide a reason when denying an application. The applicant will automatically receive a direct message containing the denial reason, providing clear feedback on why their application was not accepted. This update helps improve communication between staff and applicants while making the review process more transparent.

Alpha Bot Update | Welcome System Improvements We’ve released an update to improve the stability of the Welcome System and prevent configuration issues from causing welcome messages to fail. * Added validation for Rules Link buttons before they are created. * Invalid or missing links are now skipped instead of causing an error. * Logo, banner, avatar, and footer image URLs are now validated before being used. * Improved handling of invite information. * Added better logging to help identify configuration issues. * Improved welcome channel validation and error handling. 🎟️ Ticket System Update The Alpha Bot ticket system now supports custom routing for every ticket type. Each ticket type can now have: | Its own ticket category | Its own allowed support roles | Multiple support roles selected | Separate access and response permissions This makes it possible to send Management, Store, Support, Department, or other tickets to completely different categories while limiting access to only the correct staff roles. Existing ticket types will continue using the default ticket category and global staff roles until custom settings are selected.

📢 Alpha Bot Update – Smarter Announcements We've improved the /announce command! ✅ Announcement pings are now fully automated. If you've selected an Announcement Ping Role in the dashboard, every announcement will automatically ping that role. If no role is configured, the announcement will simply post without a ping—no extra setup required. We've also improved the reliability of announcement delivery and cleaned up the announcement system to make it easier to use.

✅ Temporary Role Access Update We added a new owner-only temporary role system. This allows us to give a user temporary access by assigning a role for a set number of days. The bot saves the role grant in SQLite and automatically removes the role once the time expires, even if the bot restarts. This makes testing access cleaner, safer, and easier to manage.
